The mission of CIRCA is to lessen the psychological impact of air event accidents or incidents on pilots, crew, and team members, to accelerate normal recovery from those events before harmful stress reactions damage job performance, careers, families, and health. The positive steps taken before and after a critical incident or accident will affect both short- and long-term physiological and psychological health.
CIRCA provides structured, peer-based critical incident response services for aviation events, participants, and teams. Our focus is simple: to help people process difficult events, restore effective functioning, and move forward with clarity and support.
